Get Well Natural ships within the United States, and to selected countries around the world (see International Shipping below for specific countries). We ship Monday through Friday. Our official cutoff time for same-day shipments is 11 pm PST. We do, however, process most orders before 1 pm if possible.
US (Domestic) Orders
UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (our choice) shipping and handling is $7.50 for all orders to the 50 U.S. states (this excludes large items such as the IQ Air Filter and water filters which have an extra shipping charge based on your exact address. Please call for shipping quote). Upgrades available to UPS Second Day Air and UPS Next Day Air shipments are available at checkout. FOR Next Day or 2nd Day shipments: orders placed M-F prior to 1pm PST go out same business day, But, orders placed after 1pm PST will go out the next business day (Excluding Sat or Sun). For Example, if Next Day Air is selected after 1pm PST on Friday, it will go out on Monday (next business day) and get there on Tuesday. Since UPS does not have regular pickups or deliveries on Sat & Sun, it may be faster in some cases to select $7.50 Standard Shipping for orders placed on Thur or Frid since USPS generally takes 2-3 business days (including Sat.) within the US. Please call us about any UPS Next or 2nd Day Shipments you want after 1pm. Exact shipping charges are processed at the time you complete your order. (See below for further details)

USPS Priority Airmail-- Priority Mail works fine for delivery to P.O. Boxes and most APO Addresses, as well as for any street address. Delivered Monday through Saturday. Please Note: This shipping method is for orders that have a value of $80.00 or less. If your order total is more than $80.00, we will ship your order via UPS.
UPS 2nd Day- Discount 20-30% off UPS published rates. Shipping and handling costs for all UPS 2-Day air packages to all 50 states will be computed during checkout. Please Note:Note: Package delivered by the end of the second business day. Packages shipped on Thursday will arrive on Monday and packages shipped on Friday will arrive on Tuesday. Delivery schedule excludes UPS observed holidays. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time.

Please Note: The UPS or USPS driver may choose not to leave a package if you aren't present to sign for it. To avoid such a situation and ensure that you receive your package, you may use a business address.
United States Postal Service International Express – This choice is available for our valued customers in Australia, Canada and New Zealand. Very reliable and includes tracking number. Takes 2-7 business days.
UPS Worldwide --With tracking number. Takes 2-5 business days to major destinations (Phillipines, Belgium, Hong Kong, London, Tokyo...).
Important International Shipping Details:
1. Check your shipping address and phone number: Please make sure your shipping address and your phone number is full, complete, correct and in English: The phone number may be used by UPS or United States Postal Service to contact you, in case they have problems delivering your order.
2. Important Note Regarding “International Shipping/Return/Refund Policy”: If your order is returned to us due to a wrong address, you refusing to receive the shipment, you refusing to pay for your country's customs/duties/taxes/fees, banned/restricted products by your country's import laws, or because no one was there to accept delivery of your order, we will refund your credit card as follows: If your shipment is returned to us in an undamaged and resalable condition, your refund will include the amount you paid for your selected products in that shipment minus any charges/fees to get the shipment back to us including shipping costs charged to you as well as shipping costs back to us. Once again, your refund will be for the costs of products you purchased minus all shipping fees (both ways) and any other charges incurred to get the package back to us. If the cost to return the package back to us, is more expensive than the amount you paid for the entire order, it will be destroyed by your customs office and you will not receive any refund from your order.
3. First-Time Customers: For your protection and ours, it is important to make sure credit cards are being used by their proper owners. So, it is possible that customers ordering more than $80.00 for the first time from www.GetWellNatural.com may need to fax or email us information. If that is necessary, we will let you know by email. If so, we may need you to fax or email us the front page of your monthly credit card statement or bill. (This is the document that shows your charges for that month.) Another option is to send us a copy of the front and back of the credit card along with a utility bill (water, electricity, or gas) that shows your shipping address. Your privacy is assured. Please understand that we respect your privacy and have no interest in your personal spending habits. (We do not sell or distribute any of your personal information.) If you are sending us a copy of your credit card statement, you may delete any purchase history from this document if you like. All we need is your credit card company's logo and address, phone number (so we can verify it), your name and address, and the last 4 digits of your card. Of course this is all to protect you and ensure a good transaction? Thanks for your cooperation!
4. Are you a repeat customer? Then No fax will be needed.
5. Why do we take these steps: Unlike in the case of credit card purchases made by customers within the U.S., international orders cannot be verified electronically or by telephone. The extra step of faxing information is necessary for your protection and ours, to make sure you are the actual credit card holder.
6. At Get Well Natural, we will work with you to complete any delivery around the world as long as your country allows entry of Dietary Supplementation. Order with confidence!
7. Import Taxes: You may have to pay Import Taxes, Customs, Duty, etc. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them from your country's customs department or shipping company such as UPS.

Please Note: our Get Well Natural team works hard to prevent products from shipping to countries where ingredients/products are prohibited or problematic, but we can't guarantee that our restriction information is always up to date since each country's regulations can change constantly. We strongly recommend that you check with your local custom's office for information on regulations that may affect your ability to receive your order.
International Refunds: Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by your country's customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center and is undamaged and in resalable condition. A refund will be given only for the cost of the products and not any shipping costs (both ways). So if Get Well Natural is billed for the return shipping cost due to any restrictions, refusal or other issue, you will be responsible for those costs too.
