Important Return Policy Note

Opened Bottles

For Opened bottles, refunds are only given for a maximum of a "one month supply" of any single herbal formula that is not expired and returned within 60 days of purchase.

Unopened Bottles

For Unopened bottles returns are given for all unopened bottles returned within 60 days of purchase which are still in original good condition.

Non-Returnable

Any products that contain liquids such as ACZ Nano Zeolite, Adya Clarity, or Glutathione Lipoceutical as well as any air or water filters are non-returnable.

Products that are not listed on our online catalog or special orders are non-refundable.

For customers whom have previously returned products, please note that there are no returns allowed on any future purchases that include the same products that have been previously purchased or returned in the past.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only offered on any products resulting from damage in shipping or defective items and must be returned in 7 days from when they are received. Please call or email if you have any questions.

To ensure that you receive your refund, please enclose a copy of your order number, packing slip and/or a copy of your order you received via email at the time of your purchase. Once we received your return shipment, we will be happy to credit back to your card the exact amount owed to you under Get Well Natural's Return Policy. Please Note that any additional discounts that were applied to your original order will be subtracted from the refund. Also, we do not refund any shipping and handling charges.
