    This is an excellent product for Gout Sufferers. I keep it on hand for flare ups. I do adhere to a strict diet, but sometimes i forget the strictness. Upon feeling any pain start, I immediately take it as prescribed on the bottle. What happens to me is it starts to work right away. I have heard of people using a reduced amt daily for maintenance. I have recommended Goutwell to friends and 100% have thanked me...
