There is no Money Back Guarantee or Refund for any "Shipping Fees" or any "Non-Get Well Natural Branded" products. However, exchanges on Non-Returnable products are available due to any damage in shipping or defective items (must be return within 10 days after receipt). There is also no refunds on any purchases beyond 60 days after purchase.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are only offered on any products resulting from damage in shipping or defective items and must be returned in 7 days from when they are received. Please call or email if you have any questions.

Shipping Products Back:

To ensure that you receive your refund, please enclose a copy of your order number, packing slip and/or a copy of your order you received via email at the time of your purchase. Please contact us at 888-522-4372 for assistance with Return Authorization and Return Address.

Once we received your return shipment, we will be happy to credit back to your card the exact amount owed to you under Get Well Natural's Return Policy.  Also, we do not refund any shipping and handling charges. Please allow us some processing time for the return and for the posting of the credit to your card.

International Refund Exception: Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund of any kind for orders seized or destroyed by your country's customs unless the order is returned back to our fulfillment center and is undamaged and in resalable condition. A refund will be given only for the cost of the products and not any shipping costs (both ways). So if Get Well Natural is billed for the return shipping cost due to any restrictions, refusal or other issue, you will be responsible for those costs too.
